Jason Rowe

An interview with Jason Rowe, 5Rhythms teacher and dancer. Jason has held his Thursday Wave class for nearly 12 years in north London and has gone on to become one of the most recognised and respected 5Rhythms teachers in the UK and Europe. He hosts regular 5Rhythms workshops throughout the calendar year and is active in supporting the evolution of the practice to give opportunity for every BODY to dance.
